INDEPENDENT SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES
(commission based, very well rewarded)

Global Aviation Partners is a unique international sales and service organization based in Singapore with a team of dedicated aviation professionals who focus on providing a range of services targeted exclusively to the aviation industry, which ranges from:

New and Pre-owned Commercial Aircraft Sales – Aircraft Finance and Lease Facilities – Flight Simulators

To further expand our international sales team, we are currently looking for international and independent sales representatives who are able to contribute to our international success and ongoing global establishment in the aviation industry.

For the regions:
–          Asia
–          Africa
–          Middle East
–          Eastern Europe and Russia

Our perfect candidate is a senior, ambitious, self-motivated aviation representative with a proven track record and solid network in the aviation industry. He or she should be organized, disciplined and able to plan, structure and prioritize their work to achieve set targets. Above average communication faculties and effective problem solving skills are also crucial requirements.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define targeted customers and accounts in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
  • Working closely with the Board of Directors, Provide frequent accurate and candid reporting on the sales pipeline and business development progress.
  • Establish early detection of prospective business and subsequent lead qualification, while maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Attend Domestic Exhibitions and Trade Shows and make promotional presentations as required.
  • Provide market intelligence to help refine and focus the company’s product and service offering with the objective of attracting and retaining high value customers and developing strategic indispensable relationships that lead to long term, high value sales growth.
  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat business also developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
  • Establish forums for strengthening customer relations and improve retention.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 10 years of experience as senior sales representative in the aviation industry.
  • Knowledge of heavy jet aircraft
  • Professional, customer service oriented and have the ability to relate to the customer’s needs
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Ideal candidate must be a self-starter and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong established relationships in the aviation Industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to effectively interact with Governments, C-level and senior level management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills. Passionate sales person with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient Computer user with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Professional verbal and written skills in English.

SALARIES:

You only work on a sales based commission, which is further to be negotiated. Any successful sales will be very well rewarded.
